MILEAGE POLICY
Standard Rate for 20+ miles is $1/mile
Any miles over 30 is .50/mile

This is due to the rising gas prices, wear & tear on my vehicle and my time to travel.
EMERGENCY HOURS POLICY
If you request to have a service provided with less than 72h notice from the date needed there will be an extra fee of $10.
Exclusions apply. Examples may include, if there is no other availability for the client and I.
This is due to the fact that I have a full-time job and cannot easily make time if not asked in advance. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
POLICY TO REQUEST SERVICES
Please include the linked Client Intake Form below in your email when requesting service.
Please fill out all information to the best of your ability.
If there are special requests that do not fit into the form or there are questions, please include them in the email and I will attach it to your file for your pet!

LIABILITIES
Michaela's Pet Services is not responsible for any property damage not due to direct negligence on my part. Animals are very unpredictable. If pets are left with access to the outside, We are not responsible for escapees, property damage, or injuries.
You will be updated with each and every step taken during my visit/stay.
HOLIDAY POLICY
If you request any service on any holiday, please be aware there is an extra fee of $10 added per request.Â
This is due to the impact on my family time as well as the impact on traveling time to and from your location. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
I request that if there is a cancellation, you give me at least 24 hours notice if possible. There is no charge before service is provided.Â
Once a service is provided, payment is collected. If you are unhappy with your service, please allow me to talk with you and figure out what will make you a happy returning customer!
